Return Policy

We are a small family-owned business and to be frank, returns can be hard on our day to day operations.  Therefore, if you have any questions about sizing or are unsure if you are hooking up with the right products, please call our shop first before placing your order.  We would love to help!  We also work hard to provide detailed sizing and fit information in each product, so please look at that carefully.

We have two slightly different return policies for each store location:

For Online Sales:

We offer refunds with a ship date no later than 14 days after receive your package.

We strictly do not take items back which are on sale.

We do not refund gift cards.

Return shipping costs are up to you, and typically cost between $3-7

For our Sedro Woolley Store:

Returns in Sedro Woolley are for store credit only, within 14 days of purchase.

You must have proof of purchase, either a receipt or in your customer history.

Like our web store, we strictly do not take back items which are on sale.

Basic Return Rules (applies to sales at both locations)

We do not accept returns on sale items, underwear (bottoms) or body products.

By "sales" we include special promotions.

Your returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags.
